Time for therapy in busy lives can be difficult; it has been my clients' experiences that telehealth can help overcome many of the obstacles they experience. It is my desire is to be an easily accessible resource of safety and hope in the lives of individuals, couples and families as they are navigating difficult times in their lives; it is my belief that it is the painful and difficult times that can be the pieces of our lives that make us and our relationships stronger, healthier and beautifully unique. Clients often already have the pieces of the puzzle within them to improve their situation and simply need a new perspective.
