Happy 2019! 🥳 💕 🎉 As some of you know, Body Mind Shift has been in transition. Marcela and I brought our healing arts collective to a close in Charlotte, transitioned our private practices online, and the past seven weeks have been exploring living on the Big Island of Hawai'i! ☀️

We will continue to serve our community with transformational retreats and sacred tours, private healing and consulting work and immersion programs. With the beginning of this new year, we are beginning the next chapter of BMS, sharing our adventures, insights, & offerings here. Stay tuned!🌴💚🐬

Hello dear community!

We are opening up our large blue group room for private monthly rental to a practitioner that does movement therapy or small group work on a regular basis and requires a larger space. It is roughly 10 x 20 feet with carpet, beautiful turquoise walls and lots of natural light. It offers its own private entrance in the back with separate bathrooms, as well as full access to all the amenities of our center, including two additional restrooms, a group room for events and trainings as well as a spacious and welcoming waiting room area and kitchen. The value of the room is $1,100/mn. but we're offering it as an introductory offer to get it rented sooner than later at $850, as we may lose the room very soon.
