Isha Yoga Center has given Isha Hatha Yoga Teachers the opportunity to take part in regular periods of Silence to recharge, intensify our sadhana, and focus on our growth.

I will have completed 2.5 months of travel in India by the time I return home. It's been an intense, challenging, and beautiful journey, which included time in Ujjain, Prayagraj (including Sadhguru Darshan on the banks of Ganga🙏), Kashi, and Ayodhya.

I am grateful to the ashram and Sadhguru Gurukulam - Classical Hatha Yoga (previously known as Isha Hatha Yoga School) for allowing me to take Silence Sadhana before I go home 🙏

I will be in Silence from Feb 1 to Feb 7 (IST)
