I like to add Young Living peppermint vitality oil to my fudge and brownies. It's so delicious that way. Let me know if you want to get some!

NOTE: When adding peppermint oil to your mix remember: Not all brands of essential oils can be taken internally. Don't use just any oil to do this with! The FDA has deemed YL's vitality oils as safe to take internally. Do your research! Then enjoy that fudge with Young Living peppermint vitality oil in it. Soooooo yum. I also put it in my cocoa! Did you know that 1 bottle of dish soap actually = 3? Young Living Dish Soap is ultra-concentrated so you're not buying a water dilution! You can add baking soda to make it extra sudsy. How great are these awesome glass pumps from IKEA? 📌 (or i just divide into 3 empty dish soap bottles)

Here's the how-to: Divide into the 3 containers + 1 tsp baking soda + 1 cup of HOT water. Shake, hold upside down. Enjoy the bubbles!

Yesterday was International Coffee Day. For those (like me) who don't like coffee - here's a great hot chocolate idea with Young Living essential oils! These oils are rated okay to ingest (GRAS) by the FDA. Just the Young Living ones, not other brands. So if you want to try some of these hit me up and I will get you an account!
