Since September I've been on a new health and wellness journey. I can't tell you how much healthier, clear minded and more energetic I feel. I've been wanting to share everything I've learned with as many people as possible and I'm so excited to announce the opening of Studio Wellness. The grand opening is set for mid-April. As most of you already know I have a strong passion for all things wellness! We need to educate ourselves about what we're putting in and on our bodies.
