Jefferson Healthcare Center is a licensed Medicare and Medicaid skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Jefferson, Ohio. We provide specialized programs and rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence and return to their homes. Each member of our care team is dedicated to meeting this medical standard of excellence. Our longevity of staff, low turnover rates and excellent survey history help ensure we meet our high standard of care. All 90 beds are Medicare and Medicaid certified. We implement the most advanced wound care procedures in the industry
All rooms have new electric high/low beds, and cable TV (private phones are also provided for our short-term rehab units). The full in-house rehab unit provides: PT, OT, ST. We have recently updated our therapy gym, resident multipurpose room, front lobby, chapel, and our transitional care suites on Dogwood Drive

Admissions can be processed 24/7. RNs are on duty and onsite 24 hours/day.
