326 days of fitness in a row... it’s been awhile since I’ve climbed The Pyramid. Weights AND cardio all in one... Damn that one is an AWESOME challenge!
No matter how fast you go, or how far you go, or how much weight you’re lifting, BE PROUD that you’re DOING IT. Others will try and give up, but NOT YOU. Dig deep down and focus on the goals ahead... don’t look back, and NEVER QUIT.
