Meditation for a Calm Heart.
Sin in easy pose. Tune in with Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo three times. Place the left hand on the heart center. The right hand is up as if taking an oath with the pointer and thumb together in Gian mudra, palm facing out. Concentrate on the flow of the breath consciously inhale deeply, suspend the breath for as long as possible, exhale smoothly, and hold the breath out for as long as possible continue for 3 to 31 minutes to end close with Sat Nam.
