in Sedona is a womb-like red rock formation with a short, relatively flat hike that requires a scramble to enter the cave.

The final stretch involves a climb, crawl and scramble up the rocks to get into the cave’s interior and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Mental and physical alignment of our energies are necessary for optimum health and wellness. I embrace my fears of height and center my vortex to complete well-being!

I appreciate for her courage and also our journey at challenging life’s complexities together!

This is the purpose of life…understanding that the journey should be about the impact and legacy that you leave behind that makes the universe better!
