This is the reminder I received the other day. I’ve been up and down the eczema healing roller coaster lately. It’s painful almost constantly. Itches insanely, it’s swollen/ inflamed. Basic tasks like dishes, diaper changes and kid baths feel like huge tasks because I’m tired of the pain and itching. I get reminders from people I see when they say “OH, meghan…your hands look so bad today.” (Yes ik ty)

I keep pushing forward. I have found a new method of healing and I’m ready to uproot this. One day it will be gone and I can empower my kids too and let them see they can heal themselves.

One strategy we incorporate at home for a cleaner less toxic home is making my own “All Purpose Spray”.

I use this in the kitchen and bathroom mostly. I also use it for doorknobs/switches.

Morning movement Saturday! Taking time to myself since having multiple children has been HARD. Even though, I know I show up better as a parent/wife/friend when I do it is still so hard to leave.
