What type of counselor do I need? Is there something wrong with me? I believe that everyone has asked these questions at one time or another but right now it’s your questions that concern me the most. Change can be frightening when navigating it alone. Chances are you already have the answers to your questions you just aren’t sure where to begin. I am honored to accompany you on this journey as you heal the wounds of abuse, broken relationships, addiction, grief, trauma and other concerns that are inhibiting you from living a fulfilling and authentic life. The word change can be frightening but together it can be attainable and mastered. Often it is comforting to process life’s transitions with someone who possesses an open empathic heart. Together we can cultivate your internal landscape which will allow you to live a life without suffering and manifest a life of bliss.

Yesterday was such a beautiful day! Glorious weather, movement, angels in human form, and for me, two neon lights that went to my heart and said, “yes…yes.” It made me think of the Dr. Bryant post I saved long ago. When past feelings of grief show up, are we visiting it or moving in? Do we welcome it with “hey, there you are,” or do we resist it by getting on the self-blame roller coaster that we exited long ago? Peace out. Release and give thanks to the universe for the gentle reminder of your courageously woven tapestry of growth and transition. I’m here with you.✌🏼❤️

I just loved this graphic.
Something about it felt so real and natural, and it was a great reminder to me. That I really needed!
It's me who's in control over what I hold and what I let go of.
Just me.
Change can definitely be scary.
The unknown is scary, and I think it's so easy to get stuck in the hows, wanting to know all the answers before we take the steps. I'm not sure that's what's needed in most cases. I've found myself staying in fear of change and not being able to move forward, but the reality was that when I did move, 90% of my fears about it were unfounded. I was doing worst-case scenarios and was stuck in what I like to call Monkey 🙈 Brain.
So if you can relate to this, get curious. What small step can you take that starts the process and movement forward? And instead of fear-based thoughts, can I allow myself to imagine the best-case scenario?
Change may be scary, but it can also be quite beautiful!!
