ADHD can be incredibly isolating. It’s why we mask (hide our ADHD selves) – because we are sure no one else could ever feel as much shame, regret and embarrassment as we do.
The ADHD Women’s Palooza Pink Ticket is a private, safe Zoom space where you can:
• Let your guard down
• Be fully yourself
• Share (or simply listen) without judgment
You’ll be in a room with women who truly understand.
Because sometimes, we are each other’s best experts.
And in this space, one thing becomes very clear: You are not alone.
What if ADHD isn’t a lack of motivation… but something else entirely?
I recently joined Brooke Schnittman (Coaching With Brooke) for a conversation that really gets at the heart of what’s going on beneath the surface for those with ADHD. We explored a different way to think about motivation—one that moves beyond the idea of “just try harder” and instead looks at why certain things feel so difficult in the first place.
We also talked about:
✔️ The hidden emotional cost of executive functioning
✔️ Why “lazy” is a label that misses the mark
✔️ How the right accommodations can change everything
✔️ The power of collaboration and conversation for unlocking productivity
If you’ve ever wondered why some tasks feel impossible while others are effortless, this episode offers a new lens that just might change how you see ADHD—and yourself.
I was honored to be part of this year’s ADHD Women’s Palooza—and I’ll be joining the live Pink Ticket event as a guest expert this Saturday, March 21 at 12 PM Eastern.
If you’d like to go beyond the presentations and actually ask questions, connect, and be part of the conversation, this is where everything comes together.
If you’re 18+, identify as having ADHD, and have a few minutes, will you help our friend Coaching With Brooke with this survey about bullying? Your input is valuable!
Are you an individual with ADHD 18 or older? For those of you who don't know me, my name is Brooke Schnittman and I am an ADHD Coach and late diagnosed woman with ADHD. I have been the recipient of bullying for the majority of my life starting at age 8. I am very interested in the topic of bullying....

Are you impacted by attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADD, ADHD), attention or executive function issues?
ADHD isn’t a deficit of attention as the label would have you believe. It is a self-regulation issue. How effective you are at regulating your ADHD symptoms directly relates to how effective you are in your relationships, in your work, and with yourself.
HOPE (or as we call it, the Aha!) is helping you identify, tune into, and then manage the challenges that are standing in your way.
ADHD coaching is an action-oriented partnership designed to find what works for you. Oftentimes people come to ADHD coaching because the methodical solutions in the self-help section of the bookstore are just not working. At DIG Coaching, we opt for the application of insightful thinking as a means to excavate what works for you – often manifesting in an Aha! moment. We focus on your strengths, natural patterns of attention, and unique processes and then build on those to determine reliable strategies and systems that systematically lead to positive outcomes.
At DIG Coaching, we have a variety of attention and ADD/ADHD coaching services to fit your needs. We can help you get unstuck so you can finally move past the daily challenges that have been holding you back.
