I had a really cool experience with someone. Basically their doctor was concerned about a possible tumor because of mass in their abdomen. The good news, it went away after our session. I wrote a blog post to explain what happened - check it out.

Base Chakra Experience

Warning - this an experiential post and will energetically and positively change your energy field. Only read it if you would like to transform your chakra system. Do not read while driving, or operating machinery!

First read and think about the points below, then do the exercise half way down the post. Let me know how it feels in the comments below when you have finished.

Your Root or Base chakra records the treatment that you experienced during the age of 1-7 years and impacts your ‘inner child’.

• This related to whether you had enough love, support, even if you were fed as a baby, or were left to cry.
• If you were loved, shown support, fed and had all your security needs met in those young years, then you are able to trust the support and nurturing of the world, people and life itself.
• If you were not nurtured in early childhood then you can become insecure and don't feel fully supported by life, the world, and the universe.
• This will lead to an underlying feeling of fear, anxiety and not being able to trust the world or relationships so will effect your ability to have true intimacy.

Many of you will be able to relate to some aspect of the picture above.

With Accunect we can get to a place of healing to create balance:
• This allows the opening of a feeling of safety and compassion
• With a strong root chakra, you will develop your sense of security and your ability to trust and to receive and manifest
• Development of that leads to a strong sense of inner power and ability to create the life that you want
• And trust in the world and relationships
• Physically this chakra relates to the base of the spine, feet, legs and knees, bones and teeth, adrenal glands and lower intestines
• Also impacting on autoimmune issues, our feeling of being able to take care of ourselves and feeling victim to circumstances

Experiential Exercise - How Does This Relate To You?

1. After reading the bullet points above, close your eyes.
2. Take your awareness to the area of your base chakra, centred at the perineum and the surrounding areas.
3. Now, take a few deep breaths and connect to how that feels. Whatever comes up is OK, just try to sit and breath and allow that to be.
4. If you have taken any of our courses you will know how to tap so as to highlight awareness to the whole mind, body system and to support clearing of what is ready to clear. You can tap now for a few breaths until you feel a shift, a release or you are ready to take a deep breath or sigh.
5. Be aware of how you experience or feel different in the world for the next few days. if you have emotions come up that is fine. It's just a sign that stuff is clearing and there is maybe more work to be done there.

Chakras are an energetic mirror for different areas of your life and attract that recorded vibration back to you energetically.

Although this can be a hard truth to fully process, the good news is that you can heal this vibrational record you carry around with you by using Accunect. How do you use the 3 Key Approaches for balancing with the Astrological Archetypes?

Your astrological chart describes your make-up psychologically, your inner and outer world, your challenges, your strengths and how you will experience different aspects of our life. You can also find what is important for your growth. Your individual astrology chart and the insights that can be found – will give you a unique blueprint into your life and your experience of the world around you.

Knowing about this is a healing process in and of itself. Having that insight leads to a sense of freedom and compassion with ourselves and others.

Print off your Astrological Chart if you are coming to the Accunect Energies Course. You can get this for free at www.astro.com - and look for the tab ‘free horoscopes’. We will be using our individual charts as a learning tool, to help us understand the astrological archetypes and the planets and the different aspects of a chart. The archetypes and their aspects teach us about different parts of ourselves. Sometimes we have conflicts with our different sides or alternatively external energetic transits can highlight issues making some areas in our life feel uncomfortable and difficult to navigate. We will of course be learning how to use the archetypes and their different aspects to support your sessions and healing in a deep and powerful way. Yeesss Excited!!!
