Northwoods Therapy Associates Northwoods Therapy Associates is an out-patient private practice owned by physical therapists.

We are located in Altoona, Chippewa Falls, Lake Hallie, Menomonie, and Ladysmith, Wisconsin. We offer expert hands on physical therapy to any patient with orthopedic, sports medicine, hand and wrist, spine, work conditioning, women's health, vestibular and other movement, pain and wellness needs. We have 4 locations to service you in Altoona, Chippewa Falls, Lake Hallie in Valley Sports Academy and Menomonie in a shared building with Oakleaf Clinics. We are a proud member of the Oakleaf Medical Network and see patients at Oakleaf Surgical Hospital as well.

We have locations in Altoona, just off Hwy 53 Bypass and River Prairie Drive as well as in Chippewa Falls, off Seymour Cray and Cty I, at 757 Lakeland Drive and Mondovi at 910 Countryside Parkway with Dr. Andy Van Roo. Altoona and Chippewa Falls locations are conveniently located next to Chippewa Valley Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and Wisconsin Brain and Spine.
