How have you been staying warm this Winter?

What tea did you have today?

This rising I had some fresh ginger tea with thyme, fresh squeezed lemon juice and Sea Moss Gel. Simple ingredients like these make me think of my grandmother and how she always had a remedy for everything. Colds and fevers didn’t last long in her home. When seeking an herbal remedy, always consider the foods you have at home.

This tea has plenty of antioxidants and Vitamin C. Those, along with the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties make this blend a companion to the respiratory system.

Ginger helps to expel mucus, reduce inflammation and improves circulation in the lungs.
