Vice President of Sales and Operations

~ Strategy and growth: Set sales goals, pricing, and drive new business with dental practices and partners
~ Operations leadership: Oversee production of crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.; optimize workflows and capacity
~ Quality and cost control: Implement SOPs, QA programs, supplier relations, and cost management
~ Cross-functional leadership: Align sales, operations, service, and QA; manage teams and KPIs
~ Customer experience: Ensure accurate quotes, clear communication, on-time delivery, and issue resolution
~ Financials and risk: Manage budgets, margins, and regulatory/compliance needs

💡 What do you do at the lab?
Managing Removable Department and Inventory Control; finishing denture and partial cases, especially surgical conversion cases, communication with clients about cases and making sure that all our cases get quality checks coming in and out of the lab.

❤️ Favorite part about working here:
We have a great environment here, everyone is happy to teach you about what they do and helping each other succeed!

🌟 Fun fact about you:
I’m very involved in Boy Scouts with my kids and got the travel bug from my experiences serving in the Navy for 8 years.

Our Story - A New Beginning

I believe one of the most critical career decisions a dentist has to make is their choice of which dental laboratory their practice is going to utilize. The right dental laboratory will have an enormous impact on the success of the dental office and its reputation in their community. The work that will be provided by the laboratory will reflect on the image the practice portrays. With this being said, rushing to find just any laboratory with the lowest possible fees can, in turn, be detrimental to the dental practice.

My goal in establishing a new laboratory was to build a solid foundation that is built on effective communication, trust, and personalized service accompanied by the highest quality restorations. I want each of our clients to create a practice they are truly proud of and in turn, I will have a laboratory I am proud of. Together, we will deliver the difference.
