Goodmorning from your dental crew. We just wanted to let everyone know we are getting some things updated around our office...exciting right? With this being said be on the lookout for a new more convenient way to pay your bill. We will be sending out txt messages with a link to pay, you can still call in and pay over the phone, and we will also have a QR code hanging in the waiting room that you scan to pay. Our phones and internet are still down at the office and not expected to be repaired until tomorrow night. If you have an emergent need please stop by the office. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please leave a voicemail and we will return your message once service is restored. We are open today and seeing our already scheduled appointments.

Job duties include but are not limited to: greeting patients upon their arrival, answering a multi-line telephone, keep all provider schedules full throughout the day, communicate with other practices to send/receive patient information and make appointment referrals, collect payments and co-payments after patient treatment, and confirm all patient contact information is current. Some lab assistant work may be needed from time to time.

Qualifications and Skills:

Dental knowledge is preferred but not required. Applicant must be able to multitask and be able to operate basic computer programs. Excellent communication skills is a must.

Benefits:

Employees receive a yearly dental allowance for their family and a retirement-savings plan. Paid holidays, sick time, and vacation is available to all full-time employees after a waiting period. Discounted Aflac plans are available at the employee's expense for payroll deduction. All benefits are subjected to waiting period.

NOTICE OF COVID-19 PPE FEE

To our wonderful patients:

If you have had an appointment since our reopening a few weeks ago, you might have noticed some changes in the layout of our office, as well as our familiar faces being virtually concealed. We have taken many precautions to protect you, the patient, as well as ourselves.

We want to assure you that our first priority is, and always has been, your health and safety as we continue to provide you with the highest quality of dental care.

Our staff is very happy to be serving our patients and community again. With all of the personal protective equipment (PPE) that we are now required to purchase and wear, we have significantly higher supply costs. Due to this cost increase, we will be charging a PPE fee of $12 per patient, per visit starting on Monday, June 8th to help cover the costs we are incurring. If you have insurance coverage, we will be billing this amount to them along with your regular procedures. Some insurance companies have already agreed to pay these new costs. However, any remaining fee that is not covered by your insurance, may be billed directly to you.

We want to thank you for being so understanding during this difficult time. We are hopeful that COVID-19 and its effects will be over soon, and this additional cost will no longer be necessary.
