Thankful for Whitney, our barn manager/equine caretaker who has a wealth of education and background regarding horse health. Throwing hay and topping off water is basic. Whitney brings equine health to a high level. Sojourn TRC horses are very fortunate indeed. She never stops thinking about what is in each horse's best interest!

African Americans made, and continue to make outstanding contributions to our country. Sojourn TRC will celebrate Black History Month by sharing some very interesting background on Black Cowboys and how they helped shape our country! We think this focus is rather appropriate, considering what we do 🙂🐴 Stay tuned for links coming your way!

Featuring Lidia!
Lidia has come a very long way starting with sidewalkers to independent at the walk and trot. Today, Diamocho is teaching Lidia how to do a shoulder-in! I'd say she got it pretty well!!!
No doubt, Diamocho was very proud of his gentle rider 😊

It's a great time of year to show Sojourn TRC the love! Valentines Day is right around the corner, and we hope to make it the best day yet for our small not-for-profit! Nothing is easy when it comes to taking care of our dedicated horses and the cost they bring with them! Sojourn horses show their support with every single rider, and we hope, in turn that you will support them, too! Please pass our flyer along to family, friends, and anyone you know who will 'show the love' so that our equine friends may continue to 'enhance lives through the power of the horse'!!
