✨🍽️ OPEN HOUSE CULINARY HIGHLIGHTS 🍽️✨
Our open house was one to remember—especially when we put our Directors to work passing some incredible hors d’oeuvres! 👏🔥
Guests enjoyed:
• Bavarian Brat Barrels topped with Düsseldorf mustard, passed by everyone’s favorite ED, Michael Salyers 🌭
• Sweet Potato Cheechos – sweet potato waffle fry nachos topped with pulled pork, blue cheese, spicy-sweet BBQ sauce, and crema
• Pulpo Pinchos – thin-sliced dashi-poached Spanish octopus, lightly torched and brushed with espelette mirin
• Albondigas – turkey meatballs seared and finished in a sweet & spicy Spanish paprika sauce, garnished with yellow Padrón peppers
• Empanadas de Queso – crispy five-cheese empanadas finished with brunoised sweet peppers
• Crispy Edamame Potstickers – soy-bean stuffed potstickers with sweet & sour sauce (a fan favorite free sample 😉)
