✨🍽️ OPEN HOUSE CULINARY HIGHLIGHTS 🍽️✨

Our open house was one to remember—especially when we put our Directors to work passing some incredible hors d’oeuvres! 👏🔥

Guests enjoyed:

• Bavarian Brat Barrels topped with Düsseldorf mustard, passed by everyone’s favorite ED, Michael Salyers 🌭
• Sweet Potato Cheechos – sweet potato waffle fry nachos topped with pulled pork, blue cheese, spicy-sweet BBQ sauce, and crema
• Pulpo Pinchos – thin-sliced dashi-poached Spanish octopus, lightly torched and brushed with espelette mirin
• Albondigas – turkey meatballs seared and finished in a sweet & spicy Spanish paprika sauce, garnished with yellow Padrón peppers
• Empanadas de Queso – crispy five-cheese empanadas finished with brunoised sweet peppers
• Crispy Edamame Potstickers – soy-bean stuffed potstickers with sweet & sour sauce (a fan favorite free sample 😉)

🍽️✨ We served Surf and Turf to show our heartfelt appreciation to our residents—along with a variety of other delicious meals and goodies. It was a flavorful celebration made with care and gratitude! ❤️

Menu highlights included:
🥩 Oak-smoked and grilled bistro filet
🍤 Sliced bistro filet and shrimp with au gratin potatoes and roasted asparagus (Resident Appreciation Surf & Turf)
🍝 Spaghetti with turkey meat sauce, seasoned green beans, and garlic toast
🐖 Pork chop with baked potato and buttered carrots

A wonderful way to say thank you through great food and shared moments.

We were delighted to celebrate our Independent Living residents and honor the charm, warmth, and support they bring to our community each day. The evening began with the beautiful sounds of a stringed quartet, followed by a delicious steak dinner as a heartfelt thank-you for all that our residents mean to us. ❤️

It was a wonderful night of music, connection, and appreciation—just a small way to show our gratitude.

There’s nothing quite like the sound of Christmas caroling to warm the heart! Our community loved coming together to sing classic holiday tunes, share smiles, and spread festive cheer with friends. 🎄❤️ Moments like these make the season extra special.

Our assisted living residents have been rehearsing, and today they took their show on the road—visiting our neighbors and (playfully) demanding some figgy pudding! 😄🍮

So much laughter, holiday spirit, and joy shared—proof that Christmas cheer is best when it’s sung loud and shared proudly! ❤️
