There are things in your life that God has protected from the attack of the enemy.

The enemy often wants us to focus on what is missing. Satan knows that can deplete our strength, and set us off on an anxiety-stricken road, and a hopeless space.

But if we reflect on what God preserved despite hell breaking loose, we will keep our hope, we can trust God to sustain us. We can even dream big in chaos.

So let us count our blessings every day. Let us see what God is preserving in our lives.

God is good all the time!

Before I knew about the term mental health or counseling, I had a personal therapist - God! He continues to be to me what no psychological intervention medication or counselor can be!

You know I believe in therapy, cos I am a mental health counselor.

I just know there will be much progress if you invite the one who wove you together in the discussion of your emotional and mental well-being.

He is accessible every day, even when a therapist isn't able to see you because of a waitlist or maybe you are too shy to start the process.

Try talking with God about your fears daily.

Without further ado, the award of the best therapist goes to The Wonderful Counselor, Emmanuel, the man and God- Jesus Christ!

When lonely moments hit, and you feel helpless and forgotten, please keep this truth in front of you:
You and I have a responsible creator and father.

See what God says in Isaiah 46:4 NLT:

"I will be your God throughout your lifetime— until your hair is white with age. I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you."

I am thankful that someone came out to say, I made you and I will take care of you, even to your old age.

So when chaos hits, I know God is in control.

Father, please help us not to forget this truth. Let us look to you and answer us quickly Lord. May we not get weary in waiting for your deliverance. Amen

I am thankful for scriptures that pop up on my phone and remind me that I can rest.

I got someone who is a strong refuge when trouble comes. I may not even be aware of the trouble, but He sees what I don't see and He got me covered.

God invites us to TRUST in Him.

I mean, nobody comes close to caring for me like my creator. He has earned my trust. He deserves my trust.

Dear Father, please help us to stop trying to solve things through worry and endless circles of fruitless labor and just TRUST you. Amen!

Today is a great day! I am not settling for less than GREAT! 👌🏾💯

In case you wonder if or judge that this is arrogance or pride, let me clarify; I read Psalms 121 and Psalms 139 this morning, and I was reminded of how God takes care of me daily, so... God's word is my confidence. I trust His promises.

I just start the day with a spring on my feet, with joy and peace in my heart and no room for the enemy's lies.
