1. You have concerns about your child having an infection, such as: ear infection, strep throat, sinus infection, or urinary tract infection
2. Your child was seen previously for a sick appointment, and their symptoms are worse now, or they have new symptoms.
3. Your child was seen elsewhere, and you have follow-up questions or concerns.
4. Your child has symptoms like their sibling, who is already being treated.
5. Concerns with feeding and/or formula

1. Cough that causes vomiting, lasts for one week or longer, or keeps your child up at night
2. Fever with other symptoms
3. Rashes are difficult to diagnose over the phone or by photo
4. Diaper rashes that include any areas of bleeding, cracked, broken, weeping, or yellow crusting skin
