featuring Cinnamon Applesauce 😋 🍎Did you know apples have been linked to improved gut health? That's because eating just one apple has about 16% of your daily recommended fiber intake 👍 This simple recipe requires 4 apples and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Here's what you do:

1. Chop apples into roughly 1-inch pieces. Remove the stems and core. Optional: peel apples before chopping.
2. Add apples and cinnamon to a small saucepan over medium heat. Cover, and cook the mixture. Stir occasionally for 15-20 minutes, or until the apples are very tender.
Note: Add a splash of water if the apples start drying out during the cooking process.
3. When the apples are tender, stir and mash them with a wooden spoon or potato masher. Enjoy warm or cold.
