Pastoral counseling is counseling to help an individual think biblically about their current struggles in a safe and caring environment.

Jenny has a Masters degree in Pastoral Counseling - Crisis & Trauma from Liberty University (2017) . Currently in second Masters program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling pursuing clinical licensure (expected graduation date Spring 2026).

Our teens are struggling with mental health! As much awareness as there is out there nowadays, still there is a stigma around su***de - and especially with our kids and teens, many of whom are afraid to speak out about their struggle. In Cecil County, this is a fantastic resource: The Live For Thomas Foundation & Den22 in North East, MD - a safe space for teens 14-24 to decompress, receive mental health/peer support, and crisis intervention! Make sure you know about these agencies and the programs they offer!
