Vital Waves therapy sessions provide you with an intense relaxation experience. These blocks can leave our body vulnerable to illness and disease.

When your mind and body are completely relaxed it supports you in all aspects of healing and healthy living. Every thought and emotion we experience leaves an energetic imprint on our bodies. Traumatic events and suppressed emotions can cause energetic blocks that restrict the natural flow of energy. My energy sessions begin with a guided meditation to relax the mind allowing you to reach into your subconcious level for optimal emotional releasing. I then introduce sound and vibration using tuning forks and crystal bowls to further enhance transporting you outside your conscious mind. These vibrations also work to support the energetic body by encouraging stuck energy to move and return to a natural balance. While in these scared space of complete relaxation, I will work with your energetic body to help clear and energize the chakra's using Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy. Benefits of this therapy include: Relaxation, stress reduction, mental clarity, centeredness, releasing of emotional burdens, stregthening natural immunity, support during medical treatments and nurturing your soul's emotional needs.
