Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is more than a medication — it’s a therapeutic process.

Ketamine supports neuroplasticity, helping the brain form new connections and soften long-standing patterns related to depression, anxiety, and trauma. When paired with psychotherapy, this window of openness allows for deeper insight, emotional processing, and meaningful integration. For up to 72 hours after treatment, the brain can be especially receptive to healing and change.

At Still, we offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as part of an intentional, supportive healing process.

If you’re interested in learning more, please reach out — we’re always happy to answer questions.

We’re grateful to welcome three additional practitioners to Still — Christine, Jane, and Michelle.

At Still., healing isn’t rushed or one-size-fits-all.

From therapy and integrative psychiatry to somatic and nervous system support, each pathway is designed to meet you where you are — and help you move forward feeling supported and empowered.

Your body remembers what the mind forgets.

Movement therapy helps gently release stored tension, support emotional processing, and teach the nervous system that it is safe again.

At Still, we use movement as a therapeutic tool because healing isn’t only cognitive — it’s deeply embodied. Small, intentional movements can soften chronic stress patterns, regulate the vagus nerve, and help the body shift out of survival mode.

Movement becomes a way to reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and create space for real change to happen.

It’s simple, accessible, and powerful for anyone looking to heal from the inside out.

Movement is part of our whole-person approach to functional psychiatry, and we’re here to help you find what works best for your body.

We’re excited to introduce Jocelyn, our Integrative Health & Expressive Arts Practitioner and KAP Facilitator at STILL.

Jocelyn studied Neuroscience & Behavior at Simmons University on the pre-med track, completed her Master’s in Clinical Research, and spent time working in a biotech lab with horseshoe crab blood. She’s also been a dancer her whole life, which shaped her deep connection to movement, creativity, and the mind-body relationship.

Her background gave her a strong foundation in science — but what truly brought her to STILL was her passion for root healing, nervous-system work, and the mind-body connection. In her intro video, she shares more about how everything aligned in a natural, meaningful way and why this path feels like home.

Here at STILL, Jocelyn blends expressive arts, somatic practices, movement, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation with trauma-informed care. She also facilitates Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as part of our integrative healing pathways.

We’re grateful to have her on our team.

Last week, Laura, Jocelyn, Christine, Adasha, Jane, and Dr. Dina were immersed in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) training at Still, led by Mandy and Hannah from Alchemy Therapy and Wellness in Colorado - yes, our team trained with the top gurus in psychedelic therapy 🌟🙏🏼.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an evidence-based treatment that combines low-dose ketamine with guided therapeutic support. This approach enhances neuroplasticity, allowing the brain to create new, healthier pathways. It can help clients access deeper emotional processing, regulate the nervous system, and work through trauma in a supported, structured way.

The training included guided education, live demonstrations, therapeutic frameworks, group processing, and witnessing several volunteers move through the medicine—from preparation → journey → integration. Seeing the work unfold in real time was grounding, emotional, and incredibly inspiring for the whole team.

Laura, Jocelyn, Christine, and Dr. Dina will be the KAP facilitators at Still. They’ll support you through every phase of the process: preparing to sit with the medicine, being gently guided throughout your session, and integrating your experience afterward.
It was a meaningful day of learning and connection, and we’re honored to bring this healing modality to our community. 🤍

Healing doesn’t always happen inside four walls.
Sometimes it’s barefoot on the earth, under the trees, with the gentle vibration of sound guiding you back to yourself. 🍃✨

Sound is a pathway home — and we’re honored to offer it at Still.

Many families are losing access to their EBT benefits this month — the program that helps parents buy groceries through SNAP.

For some, that means empty fridges, skipped meals, and added stress right before the holidays.
We can’t fix the system overnight — but we can show up for each other. 💛
