It’s hard to put into words what today means to us. After 13 ½ incredible years, today is our final day serving this amazing community that has become our family.

This week is an emotional one for us. It’s Jamie and Carole’s last week behind the counter before officially handing over the reins to the amazing Tami Mentel.

For over 13 years, this place has been built on love, relationships, laughter, and a whole lot of heart — and we just want to say how incredibly grateful we are for every single person who has walked through these doors, supported us, and become part of the All Shook Up family. You’ve truly changed our lives.

Due to current road and weather conditions, All Shook Up Nutrition will be CLOSED this Monday for the safety of our team and our customers.

If you must head out, please use extreme caution and give yourself plenty of time. Your safety always comes first.
