Cluster feeding is one of the most intense & demanding parts of breastfeeding that can be challenging and surprising to new moms!

If you’re worried that your baby feeding often may mean something is wrong with your supply, remember that TRUE low supply is measured by how consistent and effective milk transfer is over time (usually 24hrs), not temporary feeding patterns. Cluster feeding is part of how babies build and fine-tune supply!

We’re here for you if you have concerns about your supply! 💫

Sometimes you just need the reminder that you & your baby are designed to be perfectly tuned to one another. 🌿🧬

It can be easy to forget amidst advice about sleep training and feeding that is biologically NORMAL to have frequent night wakings, feeds, and contact naps. All they have ever known is you, and co-regulation is truly amazing for both baby & mama. You are not doing anything wrong if you aren’t on a schedule and feel like the only time your baby is happy is with you. You are right where you need to be. 💕

We’re here for you & all your feeding needs.

Stamped with love & support đź’Ś

If breastfeeding feels painful beyond the first few seconds it’s definitely time to pause and reassess the latch. Early discomfort is totally normal, but ongoing pain every time your baby latches is a sign something needs adjusting. Pain is not something you’re meant to push through!

Small changes in posture and positioning can make such a difference đź’›

You deserve comfort, confidence, and care on your feeding journey.

We’ve heard so many moms say that support transformed their feeding journeys, and in some cases, completely saved it.

✨ We hope that one day feeding support will not be treated as a last resort, but instead, as a part of the plan from the start.

Hi, I’m Jess, your friendly neighborhood B**b Lady...

When I had my first kiddo so many years ago, things seemed so impossibly hard, including finding the support I needed when I needed it. So, after surviving that first, very isolating year, I became a La Leche League Leader, bringing breastfeeding and parenting support to families in my community as a trained and accredited volunteer. When it became apparent that was not enough to bridge the gap in the very lacking postpartum care for American mothers, I went further, delving into the years of education and experience required to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I am proud to bring the support to families that I know I needed, encompassing mental and physical well-being from a holistic point-of-view, and acknowledging that pregnancy, birth, and the beautifully raw postpartum fourth trimester period are all interrelated and inseparable. I am an inclusive healthcare provider, and I strive to meet every single family where they are in their parenting journey, and support them to reach where they’d like to be. We all need support sometimes. I am so blessed to serve all of you.
