F.I.T Camp Female Intensive Training Camp (Boot Camps), Personal Training, Weight Loss Management Coach and Run Camp. I have a passion for people, exercise and education.

I am a personal trainer, weight loss coach and teach a female intensive training (F.I.T.) I specialize in strength and endurance training as well as senior stability and balance training. I love helping people define their goals and meet them. I am a running and group class junkie too! My life experiences have taught me a lot and I find that having someone that has been through it and understands it (whatever "it" might be) really helps with pushing through the struggle!

Try our ALL NEW Low-Impact Aerobics Exercise Class, Everyday Fitness with Tricia at the O'Connor Senior Center Mondays & Fridays at 9:00 AM!

Join us for her first week of class at the Center on Monday, October 20th at 9:00 AM and Friday, October 24th at 9:00 AM.

-Improve strength & balance.
-Perfect for beginners, those getting back into fitness, or those recovering from surgeries/injuries.
-Seated, standing, and modified exercises offered.
-The perfect class to feel better in your everyday life!

Join our new fitness expert, Tricia Seivers, in an all-level chair exercise class designed for individuals who are looking to get back to fitness, improve their fitness, or recover from surgeries. Resistance bands and optional light weights are used to improve balance and stability through a variety of exercises.

This class includes exercises that focus on strength training, low impact aerobics (seated or standing with options of some traveling moves) and stretching. Exercises in this class can all be modified and completed from a sitting, standing or combination of both. Our treasured instructor Claudia will be taking a few days off in November and December, but you can still get your daily exercise by joining our new Everyday Fitness class.

Our Story

I am a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, weight loss coach and teach a female intensive training (F.I.T.) Camp. I specialize in strength and endurance training as well stability and balance training. My focus is currently gerontology (important to keep the mind and body active as we age)! I have a passion for people, exercise and education. I love helping people define their goals and meet them. I am a running and group class ju**ie too! My life experiences have taught me a lot and I find that having someone that has been through it and understands it (whatever "it" might be) really helps with pushing through the struggles and celebrating the hard earned successes!
