Born and raised in a family of Ayurved and Naturopath practitioners, I've always been inclined towards herbs and natural remedies from a very young age. I completed my Bachelor in Ayurvedic Medicines from one of the renowned colleges in India and have been practicing Ayurvedic treatments for over a decade. I've hand prepared several herbal solutions and Ayurvedic medicines for several clients. I have always had a desire to promote the many benefits of using natural products, This led to creating the concept of Satva (Pure) Ayurveda, where all my products are handmade with authentic traditional Ayurvedic approach using 100% natural, plant-based, organic ingredients that are 100% chemical-free and preservative-free. As part of this concept of Satva Ayurveda, I'll also be preparing customized oils for skin and hair treatments, along with customized skin care products. Most custom orders will depend on availability of fresh ingredients. Oil-based products usually take 3-4 days; whereas powder-based skin care products take 1-2 day for preparation.

Sparsh - Natural Tridoshic Sunscreen

A gentler answer to chemical-based sunscreens, Satva's Sparsh is a friendly natural option that sits on the skin's surface, scattering and reflecting UV rays.

BENEFITS:
* Natural UV protection
* Brilliant moisturiser for the skin.
* Easily pe*****te deep into the skin.
* Improves skin elasticity and suppleness.

INGREDIENTS:
Many of the ingredients in this recipe have a natural SPF but since this is a natural recipe and has not been tested by a regulatory organization, I can’t make any claims or even guesses as to the combined SPF. The estimated SPF range is between 14 - 18.

* Organic Sweet Almond Oil (SPF 5)
* Organic Shea Butter (SPF 4-6)
* Organic Cocoa Butter
* Organic Argan Oil
* Non-nano Zinc Oxide (SPF 10-15)
* Carrot Seed Oil (SPF 35-40)
* Blend of Other Essential Oils
* Vitamin E Oil (for longer shelf life)

Sparsh is somewhat, but not completely, waterproof and will need to be reapplied after swimming

All Satva Oil products are prepared with natural and often organic ingredients, free of any synthetic fragrances, colors, chemicals and preservatives. To protect the integrity and beneficial qualities of ingredients, all items are best kept tightly sealed and placed in a cool, dark location.
