HELLO, FRIENDS!!

Long-time-no-see!

As most of you know, I have been practicing Longevity Medicine for several years, and I am going to start getting LOUDER and PROUDER about it! I am merging SALT Wellness into my private Lifestyle and Longevity Medicine practice.

I had no idea how beneficial my
- training from [Charles Black, pharmacist and yogi and Sarah Black]
- training with Dr. Kenna Stephenson, MD ( )
- exposure to Elite Athletic Medicine as a DI athlete at Texas A&M ( ) and a resident physician
- cutting edge Genetics and Biochemistry training at TAMU
- cutting edge cancer research at UTMB as a research associate
- exposure to Complimentary and Integrative Medicine at UTHSCSA
-AND exposure to Indigenous Medicine and practices through my family and ancestors

I'm excited to expand access to this type of medicine! I will update what in-person procedures will be available and what virtual visits, programs, and therapies will be available!!

I sure have missed seeing your sweet, beautiful faces!

We're saving the PPE for the ICUs and choosing to not try to do treatments and injections around masks while dressed like this. ...but TRUST us that we CANNOT wait to see your beautiful faces and massage, peel, inject, and zap them into their best selves! Remember you STILL need sunscreen whether you're at home or at work.

What are the ways your choosing wellness today?

We have an indoor and outdoor garden. Part of our indoor garden is this tray of sprouts. Talk about a power-boost of micronutrients!! The rule for the kids? One sprout a day. *Right now they have a competition of who can make the best recipe with raw sprouts.
*my favorite so far includes mozarella, pumpkinol, and these salad mix sprouts. Yum!
