The Holistic path encompassing Body, Mind and Spirit will lead you away from the grip of the victim consciousness and the bizarre emotional behavior inextricably connected to the Ego. Moving beyond disbelief and belief we come into KNOWING that spiritual freedom does exist outside of the victim conscience triangle. Stopping to think something through is a process outside of our senses of touch, sight or hearing. Our intuition is the sense of knowing without outside proof. The risk associated with Faith in the invisible is the underlying factor in entrusting one’s journey to none other than oneself. Wishing everyone peace and serenity during this time. Dolores

Fear, Anxiety, Anger, Jealousy... Any feeling other than Love is born of the Ego. How do we maintain the space of Love if the Ego permeates our existence? When in fact the Ego is part of us? Peace comes in remembering that only love is real. Once you know you can never not know. That which you resist will persist. So the answer lies in embracing the Ego, recognizing it. That is how we learn to connect and empower our Spirit. It is a process like any other. The power to choose is ours.

As I write, I am distracted by a child screaming. I look up to see him clinging to his father afraid the Ocean waves will take him. Can one really close the door on the so sought after Holy relationship or at least the possibility? The answer to that is a resounding no. Much the same as the sound of the waves crashing and breaking the shore. So it is that then the search for the Holy relationship, which urges me to look back over the last five months with great care. It tosses me back and forth like the tide that comes in and as it ebbs,if you are not really paying attention, will take you under thus confirming the child’s fear and why he clung to his father. Sitting in the sand, I look out at the horizon line and see it is dim in the mist of the Ocean. The waves keep coming. Their momentum is mesmerizing. Being pushed past your limitations brings up every possible insecurity you own.The lighthouse is shrouded in mist. Curiously the sun is still shining. It is nearing sunset and as this day ebbs, my sense of peace as I recognize it feels foreign. We create our own reality.

Hold on to your capacity to love. ..
according to Ira Tanner... The Gift of Grief... the curing of mental and emotional illness is restoring one’s capacity to love... If we decide that love is not worth the risk of eventual separation, our capacity to love dies. Losing that capacity is our most excruciating form of grief. Please like and share. Thank you Dolores. When you are down to nothing...God is up to something... I accept Divine guidance and am always safe... I flow with life... Peace of mind is mine. God never closes one door without opening another.
