AI is part of our teens' daily lives - but there are risks parents need to know about.

Watch for:
- Preferring AI conversations over real people
- Increased isolation
- Excessive time with AI companions

Open conversations, clear boundaries, and encouraging real connections can protect your teen while they benefit from technology.

We created a guide with practical steps and warning signs to help you navigate this safely.

Alcohol and mental health don't mix well - and that's worth remembering year-round.

If you've been leaning on alcohol to cope with stress or difficult emotions, it might be time to try something different. Exercise, talking to someone you trust, creative outlets, or time in nature can actually help - without making things worse. People who cut back or take breaks from drinking often notice clearer thinking, more stable moods, better sleep, and stronger relationships. https://loom.ly/Ga3RZek

Your mental health matters—especially during stressful or busy times. Taking a moment to reflect on how you’re feeling can help you notice when you need support.
Check in with friends and family too—small conversations can make a big difference. Reaching out is a sign of strength, and prioritizing mental well-being helps you stay resilient and make healthy choices all year long. 💙
