Tomorrow I'm hosting a community call and you are invited. On this call you can ask questions about how to live as an empath without getting overwhelmed by the problems of the world.

You can ask how to start anew when a relationship or job has ended.

You can ask why you can't lose the weight you've been trying to lose or why your face won't stop being puffy.

You can find out, what's the best self-talk and healing modality to help support you in this time.

This call is free and to offer support. As a teenager, I lost my best friend to su***de. We've connected in dreams and visions, but it still hurt and created a rift in my heart that took years to mend.

His death made me forever connected with compassion to anyone debating should they live or die.

Of course, psychic readings and intuitive coaching is no substitute for therapy or getting help from a trained person. (Call 988 for the Su***de and Crisis Lifeline). And at the same time, for some of us, whispers and nudges from the spirit world is what keeps us going when life seems painfully hard.

My son has really struggled with this idea of death for weeks. Many people tried comforting him and we've been continuously working on it. The only thing thus far that gave him comfort was connecting him to his guardian angels.

There are some aches, some problems, that only a spiritual perspective, a spiritual connection can solve.

Winter can feel stark and lonely. I do not want you to ever feel like you are at the end of your rope with nowhere to go, no one to turn to. You always have unseen, nonphysical support. Always.

My youngest child is afraid of dying. We talk about it almost daily. He's also afraid of his parents dying.

It started around the time of the conflict in Palest1ne, so it reinforces for me that he also has "the gift" of psychic ability.

Being a psychic is cool in some ways, but you also have the tradeoff of feeling emotions of people all around they world.

Already this month has been intense for so many people I know. Come and get a psychic reading or intuitive coaching by me for free, this Thursday.

This is open to anyone and everyone. Past clients welcome, people who've never had a reading are welcome, anyone who could use insight, support, and guidance.

You can ask questions about everyday things, deep things, or personal things.

Questions like these are a good starting point.
Do you hold boundaries at the holidays?
Should you go no-contact with your ex-?
Do you need to start looking for a new job?
How to get your business bringing in more people?
Is your departed loved one doing ok?

Any of these questions and more can be asked.

If you cannot attend live, submit your question to me via email or private message by Thursday at 10am for a chance to get it asked on the call. I'll go between live and pre-submitted questions.

The benefit of showing up live, is you and I get to talk and clarify if there are areas that you need more information about.

I've got a spiritual relationship with the trees. If you spend a lot of time with the trees, you might start to feel something spiritual too. My friend Rebecca from college, , works for Trees Atlanta. had me come give a talk this week about trees, community, and spirituality.

We drew, we doodled, we wrote poems.

I didn't use a PowerPoint, because I wanted to keep myself connected to the audience and see where our conversation went. Atlanta traffic made me appreciate the skyline and take deep mindful breathes while I waited and creeped along the highway.

May you find a tree friend or people friend this weekend who makes you feel like you belong and you are loved.

Treehouse Cafe in Travelers Rest. Every time I'm in there I see something new that makes me smile and makes me glad to live here and to be in this community.
Today my daughter and I bought earrings from this girl who's saving up to buy a horse. They're always cards, earrings, fabric art and other delightful things made by locals to buy.

You need the trees. You need them now more than ever.
Trees don't have a lot of drama.

They're resilient, wise, and ready to support you.

You don't have to change any of the details of your life to create the space to start noticing the trees.
You can begin drinking in their calm beauty amidst all the events of your day.
You can look to them for a reset, for inspiration, for connection.

I go to the trees when I need that big, deep, strong sense of support.
I go to the trees when I'm in my hardest times and I can't even. When I'm tired of adulting, of unrest, of oppression, of other people. When I'm in need of a connection to something greater, something bigger.

You can connect to the trees right from where you are. You don't have to go to the forest or national park. You don't have to be intuitive or even outdoorsy.

Trees are there patiently waiting to be a lifelong encouraging cheerleader for you.
The trees are willing to be by your side, always.
The trees are rooting for you.
