The weather is co-operating for us tonight! ❤️
NIA at Little Beach, 7 PM.
Come. Move. Feel the sand under your feet, the breeze on your skin, the energy in your limbs and the JOY in your Spirit. It is a hot day, but it’s always cooler at 7 PM down by the water, and you can adjust your activity level to please YOU and YOUR needs/desires/body! (I am not a “heat lover” so I adjust the level too.)
