CALL FOR ART- DEADLINE TOMORROW!

Memories of Water: An Art & AR Experience
Orlando Science Center
April 8- August 24, 2026

Water is a key element of life and a significant factor in our Florida landscapes and experiences. Artists are encouraged to submit artwork that explores the role of water in their lives, as entwined in memory, landscape, community and perception. Artists will collaborate with the curatorial team to have their artwork become a part of an AR (augmented reality) experience- no prior AR/tech knowledge or adjustments to physical artworks required. Through AR, animation, effects and audio may be included via a smartphone app.

Deadline to submit is January 20th, 2026.

Gasparilla Festival of the Arts is one of the nation’s best art festivals, with over 30,000attendees, and participating artists selected by a jury from around the world. Adult Arts4All Florida artists may submit up to four smaller, ready to hang artworks for display in our tent. Artwork must be for sale. Artists are encouraged to explore the theme “Fun & Fanciful” for their artwork submissions-- whimsy and joy, color and imagination are celebrated here!

Arts4All Florida provides, supports and champions arts education and cultural experiences for and by people with disabilities.

A private not-for-profit organization, Arts4All Florida conducts art education programs in schools, Department of Juvenile Justice facilities, and community centers; promotes the accomplishments of artists with disabilities through our artist registry, exhibitions, and performances; and increases access to the arts through professional development workshops. Arts4All Florida is headquartered in the College of Education at the University of South Florida.

Mission, Vision, and Guiding Principles: The mission of Arts4All Florida is to provide, support and champion arts education and cultural experiences for and by people with disabilities. Our vision is to create a world in which the arts are universally accessible. Fast Facts Arts4All Florida provides meaningful learning experiences that increase artistic skills, foster creativity, promote social skills, and provide new ways of communication.

Each year, Arts4All Florida provides direct services to all 67 counties in Florida and serves over 60,000 individuals with disabilities, as we endeavor to create a world in which the arts are universally accessible.
