Sometimes it’s scary being somewhere new…🥺
This sweet girl came to us as a foster at the beginning of the week. She’s working on getting comfortable and realizing she’s safe. 🙏
So grateful for these beautiful essential oils that can help with the transition!

First of all, the Touch Roller form is perfect for our animals…it’s already properly diluted and it has a roller top!🙌🏼I always apply a bit to my fingertips and massage into the fur (in other words, don’t apply directly to the animal since the roller top will get full of fur🤪)

🤍Copaiba is AMAZING for all the things - especially supporting a calm nervous system. It’s also great for skin health and immmue function.

Lavender is excellent for calming and soothing the nervous system as well, and is great for hot spots or wound healing.

We’ll be using both of these oils at our house, as firework season is almost here! 🎇
For calming, apply a small amount of one or both oils to your fingers, and massage along the spine, as well as applying some to the chest for optimal aromatherapy.

Note: I always give my dogs the choice of receiving oils…if inextemd my hand with the scent and they back away, I either try a different oil or try again later!

Have you make the switch to all natural cleaners in your home? For me it didn’t happen overnight…it was one step at a time as I learned how toxic those chemicals from store bought cleaners are to our health (especially the small kiddos and pets!😬) I started replacing a few items at a time, and now I clean my entire home with safe, effective compounds straight from nature!🌱🌿

There are a lot of toxins in our environment that we can’t control, but we absolutely CAN change what we clean with and where we spend our dollars. It’s simple a shift in thinking✨🌿

The basics in my home:

BAKING SODA: a gentle abrasive and deodorizer

VINEGAR: a natural disinfectant as part of a cleaning spray and also makes a great a great laundry softener (ditch those chemical-filled dryer sheets ASAP!)

CITRUS OILS like LEMON (free through March 15th!), Wild Orange and Tangerine contain the compound Limonene which packs an awesome antimocrobial punch! Use a few drops in a spray bottle of 1:3 vinegar and water. Bonus: you get mods boosting aromatherapy as you clean!🙌🏼

Heading to an outdoor wedding today, and it’s going to be 94 degrees🫠
…so I an empty bottle and put 15 drops of , filled the rest with water and added a spray top for a nice easy cooling mist. You can get these little spray tops, and other oil accessories on sites like ☺️

🐾This little one just had her on Tuesday so I’m supporting her tender area with a rollerbottle of Lavender, Helicrysum and Frankincense…I’ve been applying the diluted oils to my fingertips and gently patting alongside the incision. She only been with us for 2 days but already she loves her oils🥰☺️🐾
