Kendra is a guide to help you find your birthright of inner wisdom, inner healing, and wholeness.

Merkaba Center will be offering a cutting edge, holistic, body/mind medicine approach based on the latest research in fascia (connective tissue). I will address the global three-dimensional balance of the body's connective tissue system. I will use precise orthopedic, postural and myofascial assessments/reassessments which allows me to individualize a manual therapy plan, along with dialoguing emotional/lifestyle patterns and movement reeducation. The work provides long-lasting benefits to the client, both in their presenting pathology and in their whole-mind/body alignment. The work encourages resiliency in dealing with physical and emotional stressors.

Merkaba Center for Healing, LLC offers a space for clients to initiate their healing journey through a variety of gentle, yet powerful Holistic techniques. I want to meet every client where they are at along their own personal journey and TOGETHER we will develop a personalized healing program that is specific to each individuals needs whether they are physical, energetic, emotional, spiritual or all of the above. My overall approach is that of Tensegrity Medicine ™, think of it as my ‘toolbox’, my global thought process to each session.

Tensegrity Medicine™ Approach to wellness utilizes global multi-dimensional techniques that assist in balancing the body's connective tissue system by using precise orthopedic, postural and myofascial assessments which allows us to develop a specific, client centered manual therapy plan. The sessions also incorporate mind/body dialogue around lifestyle patterns and movement reeducation. The work provides long-lasting benefits to the client, both in their presenting pathology and in their whole-mind/body alignment.

Tensegrity Medicine™ is not a separate service, I incorporate it as part of every session when appropriate.

Bowenwork® is a system of touch that initiates a series of responses through stimulation of the nervous, musculoskeletal, fascial systems and the energetic pathways. Practitioners perform a sequence of small movements on specific points of the body, interspersed with rest periods.

Mind/Body Bowen: Using Bowen as a means of processing, in structured, safe, quiet, supportive atmosphere, helps the client, wether child or adult, connect to the sensations in the body. Touch can bring up a memory, the memory will bring up a repressed emotion, repressed emotions can often be detected under body aches and pains. What we don’t let ourselves feel or express becomes stuck and causes muscular tension rather like body armor, which over the years can become chronic, even permanent. Only when our tensions finally release can a state of well-being and relaxation follow.

Energy Work : My training includes Integrative Spiritual Enrichment which is a combination of traditional Usui/Tibetan training, along with Universal Shamanism and vibrational healing concepts. My Reiki instruction took approximately two and a half years to attain Master level and was done in Portland, Oregon. I continue my education in Energy Medicine and embarking now in Ancestral Medicine.

Intuitive sessions are unique to each client. Every session will be different and completely guided by using intuition from source, spirit and guides (mine and yours) to allow a one of a kind, personalized therapeutic session which might include Reiki, sound healing, crystals, aromatherapy, resonance frequencies, Chakra balancing , aromatherapy, mind/body reconnection, dialogue around core belief patterns that may no longer be serving you, Bowenwork and homework exercises that will continue supporting your healing journey.
