Every week, we’ll be sharing a workout to help you get race-ready. 💪 Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, we’ve got you covered!

• Workout: Race-Pace Intervals
Warm-up: 10-15 minutes easy running
Main set: 4 x 1 mile at goal race pace, with 3-4 minutes of light jogging recovery between intervals.
Cool-down: 10 minutes easy jogging and stretching.
Purpose: Sharpen your pacing and ensure your body is comfortable running at your target race pace.
