Congratulations to the Regency at Livonia Employee of the Month for February, Theresa! Theresa is our 2nd-floor Ward Clerk and has been an integral part of our team for 36 years! 🎉 Theresa consistently goes above and beyond her job scope and always jumps in to help in any capacity. She covered the floor as a CNA during staffing shortages, helped with driving residents to appointments, and still completed her duties as ward clerk. We are so grateful for Theresa's dedication to the facility and our residents - we are truly blessed to have her part of the Regency at Livonia team. 💙

Respect, dignity, and compassion – Lisa has stood by these principles as the foundations of bringing optimal care. It’s why, after joining the Ciena team nearly 20 years ago, she has continued learning and nurturing her career in aging services with our communities.

First starting in the billing department, she now serves in a leadership position as a Regional Director of Operations. What first started as a love for her grandparents and their stories has blossomed into a truly impactful career. We are thrilled to turn the spotlight onto her story on this Careers in Aging Month.
