Working out boosts your mood! If you’re feeling sad or upset get up and dance, go for a walk/run, lift some weights, do some squats, tackle a yoga flow…anything to get your blood pumping. Throw away your excuses and do something good for yourself. You love yourself, and you deserve it!

G'day mates! Wow, what a week. The other day I did this shoulder/triceps/ab workout I had found handwritten by me in an old notebook. I figured "what the heck, I'll give it a try!! Wow, what did I get myself into 😂 It was super tough. So tough that I can barely move my arms and it feels like someone is digging a knife into my triceps 😳 Can't say it won't be worth it though!!! 💪💪💪 Today I will be focusing on my favorite, lower body and B***Y!!!! Okay, b***y is just my favorite and always will be ;) On that note, what are YOU doing today to work toward your goals? Come on, get your butt off the couch and move!! 😘😘😘

Anyone else have a tough time working out today? I was stoked for it all day at work but when I got home I was pooped. I didn't finish, I'm not gonna fib or try to cover that up. Most days I give it 210%, but today I took it slow. It happens!!! Tomorrow is a new day. Bring your ALL!!!

Today I joined our work running group the Ruby Runners! I hadn't run in years and somehow was able to run the whole time, barely taking breaks, and at a pretty decent pace. I had so much fun with my Ruby loves 💕 Now I'm home and doing my strength training 💪 per usual. What a great day! The sun may not have been in full force, but it was perfect for a run 🏃

Happy Tuesday fit friends!! What a beautiful day out. Anyone exercising outside today? Tomorrow I'm joining my friend Ashley in a run she hosts at work and I'm super excited!!! :)
