WE ARE RECRUITING FOR OUR NEXT COHORT!
Are you interested in being a bridge-builder? ๏ปฟThat's exactly what Circles RVA does! We build bridges to connect people across racial and socio-economic lines that all too often divide.
A new class of participants, aka Circle Leaders, will begin in September 2022. They need the support of Allies, like yourself, to reach their goals for economic stability!
Volunteer Allies:
- Become intentional friends and accountability partners
- Offer emotional support and a listening ear
- Share life experiences
Our next Ally training begins this October. Learn more and apply here: https://forms.gle/itK195GnPm8zZY349

Updated hours/services at Resource Centers
Fairfield, 7/7
IMPORTANT UPDATE! Beginning July 7th, weekly clinical services (including family planning), will no longer be offered at the Fairfield Resource Center. If you have a scheduled appointment weโ€™ll be reaching out to help you reschedule to our 400 E. Cary Street location or another Resource Center. Community health servicesโ€”like blood pressure screenings, mental health services, narcan and fentanyl test kit distribution, food access resources, car seat classes, and moreโ€”will still be available daily from 10:00 AM โ€“ 1:00 PM, Monday โ€“ Friday. Also, in the coming months, weโ€™ll begin bringing our mobile clinic van to the Resource Center on a regular basis to provide important clinical services like immunizations, back-to-school physicals, and flu vaccinations.

We hope this change will help provide more consistent services to our community while still giving folks access to services that can help keep them and their families healthy.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Keandra Holloway (Keandra.Holloway@vdh.virginia.gov or (804) 362-8164).
