Lately, I’ve been noticing how easy it is to forget our worth when the world ties it to doing, achieving, or being “enough” for others.

With the theme of new year, new energy here are some simple suggestions that can help shift your energy to help you invite more energetic balance, peace of mind, and joy into your year ahead. None of these ideas involve harsh changes or limited foods… instead they encourage more nurturing, positivity and happy vibes into your life!

“10 Suggestions for a more Balance, Peace, and Joy in Your Yesr Ahead”

1. Meditate: Reflect quietly or meditate for 10-15 mins. to clear your mind, lower blood pressure, raise vibrations, and enhance spiritual development.

2. Unplug: Shut your phone off for 60 mins or more during the day or early evening for a little undisturbed quiet while you unwind. Aaaahhh!

3. Block Negativity: It’s OK to limit the negative people in your life. When you are unable to avoid these draining peeps, be sure to protect yourself energetically.

4. Nature: Get outside and breathe in the fresh air and feel the grounding earth as it clears and reboots you. I especially love this n cold weather, better than a caffeine boost!

5. Self-care: Schedule yourself time for a self care weekly…for at home or with a professional… warm bath, herbal tea break, massage, mani-pedi, facial or reiki to help you feel nurtured.

6. Positive Peeps: Spend more time with friends and family that make you smile, laugh and feel supported and loved… it helps increase endorphins, release stress, and raise your mood.

7. Happy Space: Create a space that you can retreat to, fill it with anything that brings you joy such as happy colors, fresh flowers, crystals, paintings, music and more.

8. Move Gently: It always feels good to move your body, especially if it's gentle like walking, yoga, stretching, or dancing.

9. Space Clearing: Purge and donate items, then dust and vacuum, and finish by cleansing energetically with sage, crystals, or aromatherapy.

10. Prioritize Time: Your time is precious, so focus on how you want to spend it. In your calendar, schedule quality time with family and friends, as well as tasks and events you wish to accomplish for yourself. This includes fun things, nurturing time alone, and following your passions.

Welcome to Crystal Vibes, where you can tune into stone energy, balance chakras, and take in the sparkle!”

Now that we’ve cozied up to the magic of gratitude and how it fuels manifestation, let’s talk about one of my favorite “energetic sidekicks”, crystals! Because yes, doing the inner work is essential, but adding a gorgeous stone (or five) to your routine makes it a lot more fun. Crystals won’t do the healing for you, but they can help amplify your intentions and soften your energy.

Crystals to Help You Open to Gratitude

Rose Quartz (The Heart Softener)
Rose Quartz is like that friend who hugs you for a little too long but you always feel better afterward. It opens your heart, calms emotional turbulence, and helps you receive love, including the love that already exists in your life. Perfect for gratitude beginners and seasoned manifesters alike.
Use it: Hold over the heart during morning affirmations or place under your pillow for gentle emotional healing.

Rhodonite ( The Emotional Reset Button)
When you’re trying to feel grateful but your all stressed out, Rhodonite steps in. This stone dissolves emotional overwhelm, clears old wounds, and helps you shift into compassion for yourself and others. It is a stone of worthiness, and gratitude flows easier when you're emotionally secure.
Use it: Wear as jewelry, especially around stressful holiday gatherings.

Citrine ( The “Good Vibes Only” Stone )

Use it: Add to your meditation space or carry in your pocket when you’re working on receiving blessings.

Sunstone ( The Joy Bringer )
Sunstone radiates pure happiness, the kind that reminds you there is light even on the days when your aura feels a little cloudy. This crystal sparks joy, optimism, and self-worth. Sunstone encourages you to see blessings you may have overlooked and helps you step into a brighter, more empowered version of yourself.
Use it: Hold in your hand when writing in your gratitude journal or carry it on you to invite more joy and appreciation into your daily flow.

How to Use These Crystals in a Gratitude Ritual
Choose one or two crystals that match the you connect with.
Hold them to your heart and take a few slow, deep breaths.
Speak (or think) three things you’re grateful for today.
Speak one thing you’re grateful for in advance, something you’re manifesting as if it’s already yours.
Finish with a moment of stillness.

If you’re ready to elevate your gratitude practice and call in more abundance, these crystals are your new best friends. As we move into the season of mashed potatoes, and Black Friday Sales (a true Thanksgiving essential), it’s the perfect time to talk about one of my favorite manifestation tools, GRATITUDE! Gratitude is more than just saying “thanks”, it’s a powerful energetic shift. When you focus on what you already have instead of what’s missing, your energy rises from lack to abundance. Suddenly, you’re aligned with the good stuff you’ve been trying to attract.

When we practice gratitude, we’re basically sending out a big cosmic signal that says, “I’m ready to receive.” The Universe listens (she always does), and begins matching your energy with experiences that reflect those blessings right back at you, think of it like a giant mirror (with no judgement).

Here’s how gratitude works its manifestation magic:

It shifts your mindset.
Instead of spiraling into “why don’t I have that yet?”, gratitude gently reminds you that you’re already surrounded by blessings, big and small. That shift alone can completely transform your energy and perspective.

It raises your vibration.
Gratitude is a high-frequency emotion. The more you dwell in it, the more your energy radiates positivity. And the Law of Attraction says, that’s exactly what you’ll draw in.

It aligns your energy with your desires.
When you feel thankful as if your dreams have already come true, you’re energetically stepping into that version of yourself who already has it all. That’s pure manifestation magic right there.

It builds resilience and joy.
Gratitude literally boosts your feel-good chemicals, both dopamine and serotonin, These help you stay grounded and hopeful even when life feels messy (because, let’s be honest, sometimes it does).

It opens your eyes to everyday magic.
Gratitude opens your eyes to everyday magic. Think the perfect pumpkin spice coffee or a kind smile from a stranger, all the little joys you might’ve missed. And the more you appreciate them, the more goodness boomerangs back to you. Gratitude multiplies blessings, it’s spiritual math!

So, how can you bring a little extra gratitude magic into your daily life? Glad you asked, read on...

Keep a gratitude journal: Write down something you’re grateful for each day... your warm shower, your health, your loved ones. Watch how your energy begins to shift.

Give thanks in advance: Speak your gratitude as if your desires have already manifested. “I’m so thankful for the abundance flowing into my life.” The Universe loves a confident co-creator.

Flip the script: Caught in a negative thought? Reframe it. “I’m stuck in traffic” can become “I’m grateful for a few quiet moments to slow down and breathe.” Instant vibe upgrade.

Find gratitude in the now: Pause throughout your day to notice what feels good, like the sunshine, your cozy blanket, your favorite song. Make those micro-moments sacred!

This Thanksgiving, may you find yourself overflowing with gratitude, not just for what is, but for all the beautiful things making their way to you.
