Once, after a deep healing session, a woman walked out into the world carrying a new awareness in her heart. She had faced the ancient wound of rejection and began to shift her sight—from judgment to compassion, from seeing the world through pain to seeing it through beauty.

As she spoke this truth, a hummingbird came to her window. Its wings shimmered like tiny rainbows, reminding her to sip from the nectar of life, to choose sweetness over bitterness, and to trust the lightness of her heart.

Later, while walking with her loyal white dog, she saw a bear on the road. The bear paused, powerful and wise, and then turned away. The woman understood: rejection no longer needed to cross her path. The bear showed her that true strength comes not from being seen by others, but from honoring the medicine within.

When she arrived home, she was greeted by a cardinal, brilliant red against the green. The bird sang as if to say, “You are not alone. You are supported, alive, and loved. The spirit world celebrates your courage.”

From that day on, the woman carried the medicine of the hummingbird’s joy, the bear’s strength, and the cardinal’s fire in her heart. No longer did she see through the wound. She saw through compassion, and the world opened to her in beauty.
