Did y’all know that when I was laid off in 2017 I meal prepped every week for others! Before I had any clients in my bodywork business it’s how I made a living. Cooking Alkaline Plant Based Meals and Juices. I cooked meals inspired my Dr Sebis nutritional guide.

Every Monday the front of my house was lined up with cars coming by to grab their meals

The neighbors thought I was selling something else…long story 😩🤣

But I loved cooking and serving those who appreciated the love I put into the good and also had an interest in plant based living!

On September 17th I’m hosting a High Vibe Vegan Brunch and most of the tickets sold out in days lol

I may add a few more and a few slots remain
