I can’t imagine our life over the last 8 years without the leadership of our aging life care professional Lisa Kolton, LCSW .
She supported us through our parents journeys in life and to their peaceful death . The recent passing of our beautiful kind father of 91 made it clear to us all . Having an aging life care manager during his recent years of both wellness and health challenges helped us navigate the last 5 years of his happy lifetime with everyone . He was so smart and lucky and blessed 🙏He was the poster child for having a care manager by his side . 🙏
