Over the years, I’ve read countless books—nearing the hundreds. But The Motivation Manifesto by will always be my favorite and my number one recommendation. This one truly holds a special place in my heart.

Here’s a small excerpt from its pages that still hits me every time:

Client Progress: Optimizing Thyroid Health and metabolism naturally

Big win for my client! 👏🏻 Their TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) increased from 1.18 to 2.5

What this means:
✅ TSH is still within the optimal range (0.465–4.68)
✅ This increase suggests the body is adapting and regulating thyroid function naturally
✅ No signs of dysfunction—just a sign that their metabolism is adjusting to support energy, recovery, and overall health

Why this matters:
TSH is a signal from the brain to the thyroid, telling it how much hormone to produce. A rise in TSH within the healthy range can indicate the body is fine-tuning its function for optimal performance.
