I wanted to take a cute picture of me reading pocket guides (an amazing, informative resource for birth workers to learn from and reference when offering labor support), but the truth is this is what life looks like….sitting in the back seat during holiday travels while baby naps. Ramona has the bigger seat to my left, I (mom) is in the narrow middle, and Cleo is to my right. Hubby is in the front driving us home! And of course, I’m trying to stay hydrated!

Hopping on here to get the word out about upcoming prenatal yoga in the new year (Including some cute Cleo photos for fun 🥰)

Prenatal yoga classes begin Jan 11th! Sundays 1-2pm.

I need two more people for class to run. It’s an eight week class package with sliding scale pricing. Woot woot!
