Great back workout today and some grip strength work at the end.. 3 rounds of grip strength.. 30 secs,45 secs and then 1:00 was a KILLER!!! Held on to both 45lbs the whole time..
So proud of how far I have come in week 6 of my 12 week program.. my back muscles are getting more defined and I am literally obsessed!!
