Tight doesn’t always mean you need to stretch.
Sometimes it means you need more control.

Mobility = your ability to move freely.
Stability = your ability to control that movement.

If you only stretch but never strengthen, the problem usually keeps coming back.

The key is figuring out which one you actually need.

That’s where individualized physical therapy makes the difference.

• Load tolerance
• Strength deficits
• Movement strategy
• Sudden activity spikes
