What is walk with a doc?

A way for people to come together for a fun walk that starts with a healthcare provider (Doc), in this case me 🙋🏼‍♀️, talking for the first few minutes about an interesting health topic.

After that, everyone walks at their own pace for as long or as little as they want.

The walking trail is flat cement with benches all around for rest, if needed, and accessibility.

Come by yourself or bring a friend…or a few! Stop by the Walk with a Doc table to sign in and get a complimentary drink and/or snack.
